Hello,

I recently bought an OS q8 (Max Dmg) Gold Crysta 14% Dmg While Hexed.

I might have over paid for it as the mod are kind of shitty and I don't really mind, as i like the item, but in your opinion, what is this sword worth ?

If you're looking to sell it on to make a profit, I suspect you're out of luck. It's been sold at least twice in the last few months, so I'd expect that whatever you paid is the max price it'll achieve. Sure, it's a r8 crystalline, so it's very old and very rare, but the fact remains that every collector and trader has been aware of its availability for many months now, and the mod is really bad. Every now and then, an item is passed around the power traders, each time a little more is added to the price, until it becomes rediculously overpriced. Keep in mind that this one has been on the market for several months, passing through 3 owners in that time. I hope that you bought it to keep, as I suspect you'll have a VERY hard time trying to turn a profit.

Value wise, I'd say it's reached its peak value now. An item is only worth what someone will pay for it. Even the rare ones have a maximum price.

Id say its worth 1250-1500e orso. thats not bad for max q8 OS crystalline imo

So imo you didnt atleast overpay

i prob wouldve kept it for ur offer if i werent in need of money ;P

~250e, I wouldn't pay more than that for the weapon with mods not actually suitable for PvP.

Unfortunately you are in the minority on this one. The fact that it is a gold q8 uninsc crystalline sword is more of a selling point than you're pvp needs. Hardly anyone 'plays' pvp now and the vast majority just sync it.

I agree with the others. I think if it went for sale, it could fetch 1000e.

It's been sold many times recently though as has been said. If you hold it a year and then sell it, it will get more than if you sell it now. Assuming everyone doesn't quit.

1000-1200e is the price of q9 insc. Crys with any mods.

Each kind of players has got its own quirks, though.

first off, im relatively sure it's 14% vs. hexed which isnt half as bad and shitty (i think pleikki mentioned that 15% is minimum for while hexed in another pc recently).

secondly, comparing this to a q9 insc one for pvp usability might not be the best way to pc this, since this clearly has a value completely different from pvp-value. q8 max dmg golden uninsc crystalline should stand for itself.

plus i think i've seen another one with the exact same stats in an older sell thread here and the gold value differed iirc (somebody correct me if im wrong here).

so as far as my pc goes i'd say it should be around as much as you paid for it, probably a bit lower.

I said the exact opposite.

I don't care about profit in a dead game and i won't sell it for rl money either lol, and as i have thousands of ectos to spend, I don't care.

I just thought that was a cool OS Sword and wanted to buy it, I don't want to sell it for now and I just want to add it to my OS Crysta collection.

I just wanted to have a PC from you guys and not a judgment.

Well, if there are two of these for sale, then the value clearly decreases.... Supply and demand.

The one in question in the top post was sold by YipNip at a decent price (how he got it I don't know) a few months ago, and resold a few days ago to its current owner. As far as I know, Cailin still has the other one, so that's not in the equation.

yeah ill add here calin is keeping hes as i talked him ingame about week or two ago and he had no plans selling it anymore since he bought plenty other OS crystas from imy so that ones off sale.

I Bought this from Yipnip for 837e+2 OS shields Worth around 100e Around 3-4months ago, and had since that many offers 1000e+ for it without trying sell it. and now that i did had also many 1000e+ offers in just 2days of selling.. i dont see problem with lil more time (aweek maybe) i couldve got 1250-1500e for it

Now i sold it to Manu1 for 1238e+40zk
